[v78] Freezing

Version: GP v078 (Windows), VM v253

How to Reproduce:
1. Maximize GP
2. Minimize GP
3. Re-Open GP

This gets corrected when you press the maximize button when the window is already maximized, but it'd be nice if it didn't happen at all.
Pardon me if this bug was already reported, I'm too lazy to sift through the forums...

This was actually a redisplay bug (only on Window), also reported by SimpleSi. It should be fixed in v79.
