Excel serial dates conversion in GP
i'm attaching functions for converting Excel serial dates to YMD dates and back. Excel serial dates represents the number of days since 12/31/1899 . Excel has a bug - it treats 1900-2-29 as a leap date when in fact it's invalid, since 1900 is not a leap year. These 2 functions replicate the same behavior, for consistency.
