Since you already have a file browser built in to GP, why not allow it to be used in conjunction with the read and write files blocks? A reporter could launch the file browser, and return the file the user selected. More options for this feature include picking a folder, choosing a filename to write to using the browser (save as), and likely more I can't think of. Your thoughts?

Good idea. As noted, the functionality is already there, so we just need to make a block in the palette to invoke it.
