GUI desigan

Post by MSandro » Aug 3rd, '17, 15:02

Hi, It would be very nice to choice between two GUI desigan systems in GP, one (the current like in Scratch) wich can easily be used to make animations or games (draw and render on a stage) and a second to make GUIs like in C#, so we can place predefined buttons and other graphical elements on the screen. This method can also make responsive windows posible, so we don't heave a stage with only 800x500, instead we can work with heave resizable windows!

I know this would be very komplicated but it will make GP much more like a normal programming language like C#, Java or Python.
And I realy hope this can be realized in the future!

Maybe you can realize this with some predefined classes and maybe in combination with some morphs of the GP system.

Thank you very much.

I agree! A way to build application windows with buttons, fields, and other standard elements would be great and would make GP much more useful! I'm hoping to work on that as GP evolves.
