[palette category]Not easy to select

If I add a user defined block to a palette (say called Test) it gets created after My Blocks one

However, I can't select it by hovering over it and clicking as it doesn't turn light-gray

To select it I have to move to the bottom edge of the label- it then turns half-gray and then it can be selected

I'm have trouble reproducing this.

I defined a shared block "Foo" and used the "export to palette" menu command to export it to a new category named "Test". The category got created and appeared in the palette after the "My Blocks" category. After that, I was able to select the "Test" category and it behaved like other categories.

I did encounter another bug, which may be related. If I don't type a category name when it prompts for "New Category", I get a completely blank category in the palette. GP should just cancel the operation if you don't enter a category name.

I did my test on Mac OS. What platform are you running on?
