[minor]Filename dialogs not quite in alphabetical order

Just noticed that the file open/save dialogs display file names in alphabetical order but Z.gpp comes before a.gpp as it treats capitals different from lowercase

Noted. Agreed, it would be better if the sort were case-insensitive.
