Old version 67 still working fine BTW- just V69

I put a workaround in v70 (for WIndows only): the "GP" link in the file dialog points to the folder in which the GP app is running.

I'm working a better fix, but this at least makes GP useable on Windows again.

Confirmed working on Win10 :)
